The carrier used to ship your order will vary, depending on the size of the order. Larger orders are shipped Less-than-truckload (LTL). All orders are shipped on a first come-first serve basis regardless of shipping preference. Packages are shipped within 1-3 days after the order is placed. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you by the information you provide us, to inform you of the situation and your options. The tracking information will be sent to the email address provided upon shipment of your order. If for some reason you do not receive your tracking information, please contact us to request that it be resent. In some cases a signature is required. In this case, the package will not be left at your door.
All orders $100 & over will ship for free within the domestic United States. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $13 will be charged to the customer. Occasionally, there are exceptions to our shipping policy that incur extra shipping cost, in this case you will receive a call from one of our Customer Service persons. All products found on EnduraCoat.net are either not D.O.T. regulated or they will ship as a consumer commodity (ORM-D). Therefore, you will never pay any sort of HAZMAT fee, which saves you at least $25 per order. Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday excluding holidays.
Occasionally, packages are damaged during shipment. If there is significant damage to your package, you should contact us immediately so that we can assist you in having the shipping company replace your order. Re-shipment will occur as soon as the final determination is made by the shipping company.
